So if say you are a sales officer, you would have two parts of salary - fixed part and variable part. Fixed part would include all statutory components like basic, DA, HRA, Medical reimbursement, Food allowance, etc. WebbI got retained last month so i feel like it has something to do with it. Was paid peanuts anyway. My old bonus was 85k , only got 45k . Manager said i was the top performer, i was too bumbed out to even react. Also my current activite CTC bonus is 1.5 lpa, I've already got payslip for last month salary.
