WebPdk is a common pick as it lets you use cha for Hit/Dmg and +DC. However keep in mind you will be restrained to using shortsword (swashbuckler mode) 2 rogue splash is a solid pick for evasion. Else it means you need 18bard and 5th core in swashbuckler which in my opinion is too costly to reach.
