WebApr 6, 2024 · The IAS mode is not an autothrottle. It is a climb mode, that commands the aircraft to climb at a given airspeed, by adjusting the pitch of the aircraft. It's nothing to do with setting or adjusting thrust. As @BottleRocketeer said, the Citation S550 does not have an autothrottle - neither in the real world nor in this model.
