I've tried accessing my application event log as well as the sxstrace.exe tool, but both applications disappear faster than they appear. I cannot access either. Webuninstalling and reinstalling it twice, checking the versions in the registry to make sure they match (not sure the technical stuff but it matched what the tutorials showed), tried installing the visual basic packages several times, ran the DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
